Marie Hayden has over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, beginning her journey as a personal trainer in 1994. Since then, she has become a highly skilled Certified Pilates Instructor with specialized training in working with pre/postnatal and age 50+ clients. Additionally, she has attended over 30 workshops and courses to continually expand her knowledge and skills.
One area of particular interest to Marie has been the many benefits of Pilates. She is passionate about this practice and has created her very own Pilates Teacher Training Program, helping others become certified Pilates instructors. Her dedication to understanding the human body and commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals is evident in everything she does.
Marie faced her own health challenges after having two children just 15 months apart, including pelvic floor dysfunction, adrenal fatigue, and hypothyroidism. Despite these setbacks, she remained determined to regain her fitness and attended every course and workshop that promised to help her reshape her body while addressing her health concerns. Her own experiences inspired her to help others facing similar challenges, and she is committed to helping each client find the approach that works best for them.
